Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to Dheeshith’s Delights, operated by MUTHURAMAN MUTHAIYAN, Thoraipakkam, Chennai.

Cancellation within 5 minutes

You may cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it. Contact the restaurant immediately at 8220868719 and provide your order details. Cancellation requests after 5 minutes are not accepted.

Food quality or incorrect orders

If you receive damaged, defective, incorrect or poor-quality food, please report it on the same day of delivery with your order details. The restaurant will review your complaint and determine an appropriate refund or replacement.

Refunds within 48 hours

Approved refunds will be credited within 48 hours of approval. If you paid in cash, contact the restaurant to arrange the refund method.

Cash on delivery

Where an order is paid by cash on delivery, cancellation before any payment is collected does not require a refund. This policy does not indicate that online payment collection has been activated.
